As always, my visit was AWESOME. The staff actually went above and beyond to meet my needs. I needed to be seen after the last appointment due to work, and they graciously took me in. When I had to leave my car over night, they even offered to take me home. Chris then made sure my car was put as a top priority the next day, so that I could pick it up right away due to my circumstances. He went above and beyond his duties by reassuring me that my safety was his number 1 priority. I love Riverside Chevrolet!
I called your dealership and requested a diagnostic be done on my vehicle so that I could find out what the problem was and if I could fix it myself or if the dealership would have to fix it. I was told that the charge was $109.00, but that if I had the dealership fix it, that the diagnostic charge would be taken off the labor and parts charge. I dropped my car off on Friday morning (3-1). When I was called and told what the problem with my vehicle was. I was told that he could order the part and have it in first thing Saturday morning. I told him to go ahead. I called Saturday morning to find out if my car was ready, and was informed at that time that it had not been fixed. The part was on back-order. They had put my instrument panel back in and I could pick up my car. When I got to the dealership to get my car, I was told that he had no idea when the part would come in. I asked about the diagnostic charge being taken off, and was told that it didn't work that way. When he told me I had to pay for the part in advance, I started to write a check and was told you don't take checks. Luckily I had a credit card to use. I have always used your dealership for my service, and have NEVER been more disappointed than I am now.
