waited for over six and one half hours to complete service. Alternator went out while up on rack making me feel trapped at the dealership. They wanted between $450 to $560 to replaced. After conferring with service manager, bought part from Powel Auto Parts for $120.22 and paid labor to your shop. Several time they told me my car was on the alignment rack, which really irritated me more. Waited from 9 AM until 330 PM for them to complete the work. I will not be returning to Riverside Chevrolet for any more service. Your service rep, Ms Battaglia was very courteous and I don't blame her for you work. Another problem we've encountered at different times is them telling us we needed work which was performed by another out of state dealer. In the end I spent over $725.00 for work that would have cost me less than $400 elsewhere.
Timely and courteous. Appointments are kept. Does not add unneeded services. Always gains permission before additional work is performed. . No surprise when I get the invoice for payment. I have not had one bad experience with this group of folks. Customer service is A++++.
