I bought 4 new tires for my Traverse, I dropped off car at 6 am and had to wait on it when I got there 4:45 pm same day. I requested to keep one good tire from old set for a spare. I had to get service rep to get my tire for me since it was not left out for me. Also my car had no coverings on seat, floor mats, stearing wheel or gear shift. Also several greasy finger and hand prints on my car. The tires are great but didn't feel good about the other.
They did not do what we made the appointment. We also feel that everything was not done that was supposed to be done.then on top of that they didn't have all my paperwork said they would just email it. We was highly disappointed on the visit. Knowing it was our son's first car we wanted things done correctly that's why we choose y'all bc we bring our other 3 vehicles. Last they made a decision on about the services we asked w/o calling us first.
Kept my car for 1 month, very hard to make contact with the service man named Danny, when car was ready the wipers did not work after i got caught in the rain in North Carolina. Danny said that my car would be pick up at my house on 6/4/20 that morning, came home at 1 pm car was still at my house, called they came and pick car up at 3 pm. Did not get car back until next day, also left trash from lunch or dinner in car.
Please do not be fixated on the performance of a car based on the use of Ethanol mixed fuels like E-10 o E-15. The cars you sell or have sold over time can handle these fuels and are designed to do so. In fact the older Chevy Volt was programmed to be able to handle E-85, but the programming switch was turned off for unknown, but perhaps political reasons to disable the E-85 capability that car had. My car's performance over time, with surging occurred in cooler weather as well, and is a source of unresolved mechanical issues, that I will be concerned with until resolved or the car is sold or traded. The techs and the Service Manager were very friendly, in spite of the online scheduling system not recording my appointment time in the dealership's appointment system, in spite of me getting four cellphone texts and a phone call from a female, reminding me of the date and time of the appointment.
