Greeted immediately, signed in and technician communicated what would occur, and gave me a pager. When service was completed, technician came and got me, reviewed everything that was done etc. He had excellent customer service.
Due to shortage of workers in the service department I was told that the Dealership would need to keep my vehicle longer than discussed, Neither of the issues i was having with my 2018 Colorado ZR2 were addressed, due to the GM strike. However, the dealership did address the one recall on airbags. The ZR2 is an excellent vehicle, but, with known issues, I feel that GM is not propagating knowledge of issues with certain vehicles to their dealerships in a timely manner, which puts the dealership in a negative light. The dealership was not familiar enough with my vehicle to address the problem.
Everyone was very nice and took the car around right away and the waiting room was very comfortable with different options from watching TV, using Wifi stations, snack machines, coffee and eating areas to use while the completed the car.
